And when people tell you to "find balance," it almost sounds like a cruel joke. Because what does balance even mean when you're working two jobs, raising kids, and trying to keep the house running?

The truth is this: balance doesn't mean perfection. It doesn't mean doing everything evenly or flawlessly. It means choosing what matters most today — protecting your time, protecting your peace, and creating space to recharge so you can keep going.
